  • When can I move in?

    Sign up for your space during our office hours (Mon-Fri: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Sat-Sun: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm), and you can move in or access your storage space anytime between normal access hours of 7:00 am to 10:00 pm daily.

  • How much notice needs to be given before I move out?

    All contracts are month-to-month. However, we do require a 10-day notice before you move out.

  • What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?

    We require a government-issued photo ID (example: driver’s license, state ID, or passport).

  • Do I need to sign a long-term lease?

    Not at all, we rent on a month-to-month basis, so you can stay as long as you want to.

  • How do I make a payment?

    You can pay in person at our onsite office, mail a check or money order or make a payment over the phone or through our website.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    Major credit cards, cash, checks, and money orders.

  • Do you sell boxes and storage supplies?

    Yes. We sell moving supplies in our office.

  • How do I know how much storage space I will need?

    You can either use our Storage Calculator on our website or call our manager for assistance.

  • Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?

    Food/ Perishable items, liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials, or any items prohibited by law are prohibited in our rental agreement. For a full list, or if you have any questions regarding a specific item please contact us.

  • Does there have to be someone in the office to let me through the security gates?

    No. At the time of signing you will be given your own security pass code that will allow you access to your unit during normal access hours.

  • Do you have handcarts and dollies available at your facility?

    Yes. You are welcome to use our complimentary carts to move in.
